1. Our Services

Amoria Events is a premium event styling and hire company offering:

  • Photo booths & 360 booths
  • Floral backdrops & balloon decor
  • Food carts
  • Event signage
  • Event furniture hire
    Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Enquiry Process – All bookings start with an enquiry form or direct contact via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Quotes – Quotes are valid for [X] days from the date issued.
  • Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of [percentage/amount] is required to secure your booking.
  • Final Payment – The balance is due [number of days] before the event date.
  • Late Payments – May result in cancellation or rescheduling of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Ensure our team has safe and adequate access for delivery, setup, and pack-down.
  • Provide a sheltered space or protection for items in case of bad weather (for outdoor events).
  • Obtain any required venue permissions for our setup.

5. Damage & Loss

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage to our equipment or decor caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties during your hire period.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced and must be paid within [X] days.

6. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos of our setups for marketing purposes (website, social media, print) unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
  • Any photographs provided to us by you or your photographer may be used with your permission.
